We provide Website Creation and Hosting Services, inclusive of a Development Platform to view and approve changes, Native and Non-Native Search Engine Optimisation Services, and Marketing Services, with a Dedicated Database and login for our clients to view their information.
Our business model is to first understand your needs, then get in the trenches with you to grow your business together. We keep things simple, direct, and efficient, with our tried and proven systems, so we can maximize your results with less moving parts.
Our aim is to work side by side with our clients until they have surpassed their goals, then to go further...
We love nothing more than fighting for the underdog, and seeing them cross the line ahead!!!
Here at C Jones Digital we prefer the 'Jerry Maguire' approach, as a smaller client base allows for a higher level of service to be provided to each client.
Our 'No Smoke and Mirrors' policy allows our clients to feel confident in the knowledge that there is complete transparency with their campaign, and that it is heading in the desired direction.
We provide customised websites for our clients, with all feature of the website being created in-house, without templates or external source links. If your site requires icons that would normally be access via a third party, we will provide a customised library for them that sits within your system
In the Digital Age, utilising the latest techniques is crucial to keeping your business in front of the eyes of the people you want to attract. However, a balance must be maintained to streamline the workload, reduce the cost of a campaign, and remain in compliance with the various third party sites that are utilised.
The primary focus of the outreach we perform is via the LinkedIn platform, and while there are a number of automated tools on the market to facilitate outreach in this fashion, we do not utilise them, as they are not in compliance with LinkedIn's user policies.
Since the inception of C Jones Digital, we have built a customised prospect management system to allow our clients to access their campaign, view it's progress, and attend to any required follow ups. This system can be customised to a client's individual requirements, and if we are also hosting our clients website, this system can be attached to their site if desired.
We will assess your requirements, and offer a solution that best fits your business model. We use targeted approaches to our outreach, and will only offer a solution that will work for you and give you a Return on your Investment.
I started working with Chris early in 2021 to help expand the client base for my company, C&N Audit Services. After the first few months of outreach, I then recommended his services to Beacon Business Accountants, a firm in which I also hold equity and other associates.
Over the course of the next 2 years, we successfully increased my client base through direct outreach to potential clients, and through referral partnerships with accounting firms. Chris built a customised client portal for his website, so I could access and assess the campaign data at my leisure.
Due to my desire to retire, I sold my business in 2023, at which time I passed Chris’ services on to the new owner of the business to continue the outreach. At this time, we had experienced a return of 6 figures (over $137,000) in recurring engagements and ongoing referrers on an expenditure of $36,000. We have won valuable, sizable clients as far away as Melbourne and obtained warm leads with target clients in a volume I have not previously experienced.
My experience working on this marketing campaign (marketing does not come naturally to an accountant) has been made easy by Chris’ expertise. The level of Chris’ professional communication, quality of work, responsiveness, level of service, understanding of the market in Australia etc. has been nothing short of excellent.
I highly recommend Chris’ business to anyone else thinking of enlisting his assistance.
I have known Chris for around a year and a half as a marketing colleague and associate. He is very proficient at marketing on LinkedIn, and I can vouch for his high degree of professionalism and meticulousness. He has a highly mathematical mind, and understands financial systems and processes extremely well.
When I introduced Chris to our current business, I was impressed by how quickly he grasped the principles and saw the potential for his own career and family. He asked important questions to satisfy himself that the business was right for him, and once persuaded in his own mind he took action and made progress straight away. He is also very prompt with feedback and communication, which is extremely important when working in different countries.
I find Chris to be a very reliable business partner who participates proactively in group calls and meetings, offering helpful advice to other members. He has a clear vision of where this business will take him and the steps he needs to take to get there. He is also very generous and philanthropic, planning to use his success to help less fortunate people around him in Thailand achieve their own financial goals.
I'm Glen Sharman, the licensee and owner of East-West Conveyancing, a second generation family conveyancing practice located in Ingleburn in the south-west growth area of Sydney, New South Wales. We have been in business in the area for over 20 years with a keen focus on first home buyers and purchasers looking at new land releases.
I have known Chris for over 10 years, initially as a colleague at a company called Legalink (later becoming GlobalX), an information broker and outsourced solutions provider to the legal and conveyancing industry.
I worked with Chris for over 5 years and found him to show an innate ability to problem-solve through innovative solutions and critical analysis.
I am excited to see that Chris is applying his skills to business growth solutions and believe his can-do approach and innovative thinking will lead to successful results for his client base.
A website is one of the first points of contact with potential clients, and therefore needs to be up to date, efficient, and attractive.
We use no External resources for our sites. If there is a requirement for a portion of an external library to be utilised for fonts or icons, we will create a unique library with the required items, and locate it within our clients site
Unlike numerous providers that use templated systems, our websites are created using raw coding with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. This allows greater flexibility in the construction of the site, and improves its functionality, whilst also reducing the number of unnecessary elements that may increase the size, slow the site down, and reduce the quality of the user experience.
Our HTML is customised to provide clients only with the elements that their site will use, and none of the extra baggage that comes with site templates.
Many sites use external Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and JavaScript libraries in their setup, and while this makes life easier for the developer of the site, these libraries can be extensive, with many items not being in use. Our CSS and JavaScript files are written in-house, customised to our clients requirements, and are located internally on our clients website.
Our websites also come with a development environment that can be accessed to review and approve requested updates to the site, prior to deployment to the production system.
We DO NOT include any of our company branding on a client’s website.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is vital for getting your website in front of the people you need to see it, and there are numerous elements that need to be addressed throughout a website to correctly optimise it for the various search engines used today.
There are two types of SEO that need to be addressed, native and non-native. The native SEO is addressed with the build of the website, with its metadata, content, and layout all being taken into account, while the non-native elements are silent 'add ins' to a website that work with specific search engines to increase the SEO rating for that specific engine.
SEO Services can be provided to a client for whom we are not hosting a website, however this would need to be completed via discussions with their current hosting provider, as access to the websites hosting system would be required to facilitate the required updates.
Clients for whom we have created, and are hosting their website, will receive optimised native SEO as a part of the sites creation, and non-native SEO as a part of the sites ongoing development and maintenance.
Our Client Portal has been developed to hold our marketing clients campaign data, and can be customised to a client’s specific requirements. This allows them to view the campaigns progress, and attend to any required follow ups as they arise.
This system is also used prior to a domain cutover to provide a client with a view of the creation or re-creation of their website, allowing for any required changes to be made prior to deploying a new version, or update to the website.
While this system is initially attached to the C Jones Digital website, once a client’s website has been created and approved by the client, their specific elements of the portal can then be attached to the their website as a part of the deployment, allowing the website development and/or marketing campaign portions of the portal to be accessible via their own system.
Social Media Outreach can be a fantastic way to find more clients for your business; however different business models can require vastly different approaches.
Our business model is designed to help small to medium enterprises that are providing a service to other businesses, i.e. Accountants, Lawyers etc... Our approach, as suggested with the icon for this section, is geared towards LinkedIn, where we conduct targeted outreach to our clients target audience. All of our outreach in this fashion is conducted manually, as automated tools are not in compliance with LinkedIn's user policies.
As a part of the initial setup of a campaign, discussions take place to determine the parameters... scope, messaging templates etc, which are then included in the Client Portal on the C Jones Digital website for viewing and updating. If we are also hosting a client’s website, the portal can be moved to their site if desired.
All data, including sent requests, connections made, positive responses, onboarded prospects, sent invoices, and required follow ups are recorded in the Client Portal, and can be viewed at a client’s leisure. Campaign statistics are also available to ensure that the campaign is on track and profitable.
AdWords are a resource that can be used for campaigns that fall within our business model; however they can become expensive when in competition with other companies for the specific words and/or phrases that are being targeted, and with a larger target location.
These are best utilised for portions of a campaign when there may be an emergency call to action, and are best suited to campaigns where the service being requested is of need at a specific time, i.e. Plumbers, Electricians etc...
After a certain amount of time reaching out to prospects, and recording their information in the Client Portal, there comes a point at which it becomes viable to start running an email campaign to follow up with those who have connected.
There is always the possibility that a connection has not read you message, does not like to discuss business through social media sites, or even may be waiting for you to take another step to show them that you are interested in their business, and an email campaign can be a more personal way to complete this task, and provide more refined details about the service you can offer them.
These campaigns are also a great way to send out regular information, like monthly newsletters, to provide a constant flow of relevant information to prospects, and keep your firm in the forefront of their minds when they require a service you can provide.
